to sign an updated SLA with BCKLWN
for the full car park enforcement arrangement to include the
patrolling of enforcement officers, cash collection and banking of
cash and processing of PCNs.
That
the signing of the SLA be delegated to the Director of
Resources.

 
Reason for the decision:
To allow the Council to continue to deliver a
car park enforcement service throughout the district that provides
value for money for the council and council taxpayers.
