RESOLVED to

Approve the grant of a lease to Openwide Coastal Limited; approve an extension of the lease to run coterminously with the Management Contract to 31 March 2033; delegate approval of required lease documentation to the Asset Strategy Manager or in their absence the Assistant Director Assistant Director Finance & Assets.

Reason for decision:

To regularise the property arrangements and align the lease with the Management Contract.
