Purpose

For the Director of Housing and Property to in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Director of
Resources and Head of Law agree to enter into a contract with HUSK
Design Ltd to develop the properties and to accept the Homes
England Affordable Homes Programme 2021-2026 grant funding
associated with the scheme.
