Purpose

The Director of Housing and Property -

1. Accept the Homes England Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026 to 2036 grant funding associated with the schemes set out in this report, subject to the Head of Law agreeing the terms and conditions of any Grant Funding Agreement

2. Enter a contract with Adderstone Group Limited to develop the properties at Benton Lane, Longbenton subject to the Head of Law agreeing the terms and conditions of any such contract
