Purpose

This report seeks Cabinet approval to consult
on the draft
Housing Revenue Account budget for 2024/25 and the
proposals contained within. The outcome of this consultation
exercise will be fed back into subsequent reports to Cabinet and
Council to seek approval for the final budget in February
2024.
