Reasons for the decision

The council had been consulted by Melton
Borough Council on its emerging Local Plan. There was no committee
meeting available during the consultation period to which a report
could be taken.
The matter was discussed wit the portfolio Holders for Planning and
Infrastructure.
The draft Local Plan raises a number of issues of relevance to this
council and to which a response was required.

To not respond to the consultation
