Decision

The housing ombudsman have made a change that
is live as of 13 January 2026 that they will no longer accept
complaints to them sent via email and instead have an online form.
Accordingly the Complaints Policy has been updated

Reasons for the decision

To ensure compliance with the Housing
Ombudsman policy

Alternative options considered

None. The change needed to be made to comply
with the Housing Ombudsman changes.
