To accept the recommendation by Councillor Sam
Gibbs to award £800 of his Locality Budgets funding to fund
the volunteering support at events for Harrogate & District
Community Action (HADCA).

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Gibbs which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents.
