To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Andrew Williams to award £2,000 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the fireworks at the New Year's Eve display for
Ripon City Council.

Cllr Williams is a member of Ripon City Council.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Williams which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
