To accept the recommendation by Councillor
David Jeffels to award £400 of his Locality Budgets funding
to fund the venue hire for the 'Spam' seminar and Winter Warmth
Project with Derwent Valley Community Library.

Cllr Jeffels is a trustee of the community library.
