To accept the recommendation by Councillor
David Jeffels to award £300 of his Locality Budgets funding
to fund the refreshments, transport and printing of invitations for
the 'Big Help & Volunteers Project' week at Derwent Valley
Community Library.

Cllr Jeffels is a trustee of the library.
