application for £65,000 to the Art Fund for the Early Years
Innovation in Museums programme

Reasons for the decision

If successful, the application will provide a
£65,000, two-year research and development programme at
Skipton Town Hall, providing a dedicated offer for children aged
under five and their families.

Alternative options considered

To not apply for the grant, however there
would be no opportunity for consideration unless an application be
submitted and any chance of the possible £65,000 investment
would be lost.
