Purpose

To approve the award of the contract(s) for
the purchase, licensing, implementation and on-going maintenance of
a new finance system.

Decision

The Corporate Director of resources, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Finance and Resources,
approves the commencement of a competitive procurement for a new
financial management system, on-going support and associated
implementation, with a further report to be submitted to Executive,
for consideration following conclusion of the tender
process.
