To consider a proposal to implement school
contributions in line with the DfE’s recently published
guidance “Arranging education for children who cannot attend
school because of health needs”

Decision

To introduce revised funding responsibilities
for pupils unable to attend schools because of medical needs from
June 2024 – taking into account recent relevant guidance from
the DfE.
