Further to Decision Record dated 24 January
2023 (BES 15/23) it is recommended:
i.to authorise the spend of £20,000 of funding from
Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) Local
Investment in Natural Capital (LINC) grant to provide capacity
support within the Resilient Landscapes Yorkshire Community
Interest Company
ii.to delegate authority to the Assistant Director - Environmental
Services and Climate Change, in consultation with the Executive
Member for Managing our Environment to award grant funds, oversee
the implementation of the fund, and to make minor changes to the
programme spend under delegated powers.
