Purpose

The decision is required to undertake the
procurement for the Social Housing Decarbonisation project which is
part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2.2
Application.

The recommended route to market is Procure Plus’s DPS Retro
Fit programme delivery services agreement to appoint two main
contractors to complete retrofit works on behalf of the Council for
social housing in Harrogate, Selby and Richmond.
