Purpose
The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to procure a contractor/s to undertake the construction of the
following extension projects as part of an essential adaptations
programme to provide the essential facilities for the occupiers
disabled requirements or to support the overcrowding requirement of
the occupier. (figures quoted are inclusive of VAT)

Decision
1. To approve to appoint contractors for the
implementation and delivery of extension projects to five council
owned dwellings.
Reasons for the decision
1. To help to provide towards the shortage of
suitable accommodation for some physically disabled residents and
by so doing, creating improved living environments
