To Award a ratings appeal contract to Wilks,
Head and Eve LLP on a no win no fee basis.

Reasons for the decision

The procurement exercise was undertaken during
the Summer of 2023, and a Direct Award mechanism selected to
appoint Wilks, Head and Eve LLP via the ESPO Estates Management
Framework. The appeals programme is scheduled to commence from
Feb/March 2024 onwards and will roll out until all nominated assets
have been reviewed.
