The Corporate Director for Community
Development, in consultation with the Executive Member for Open to
Business and the Director for Resources, has provided the necessary
authority for the Council to enter into the Collaboration Agreement
and Lease with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation facilitating
the Catterick Garrison Town Centre Redevelopment Project.
