To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Heather Phillips to award £1,000 of her Locality Budgets
funding to fund the purchase of planters, seating, garden
equipment, topsoil and bulbs etc for the new garden area for the
residents of Bell Close with Ding Dong Bells Community
Group.
