Caroline Goodrick to award £850 of her Locality Budgets
funding to fund the replacement of one of the village street lights
for Gate & Upper Helmsley Parish Council.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Goodrick which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division she represents.
