Eric Broadbent to award £4,000 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the barbering and chiropody service for the new
service ‘Home@Rainbow’ with The Rainbow Centre
Scarborough.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Broadbent which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
