Heather Phillips to award £700 of her Locality Budgets
funding to fund the 6-week cookery course as part of the Victory
Programme Scarborough with the Salvation Army.

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Phillips which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division she represents.
