Robert Heseltine to award £2,000 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the purchase and planting of plants for the 2024
Skipton Town Centre floral displays with Skipton in Bloom.

Cllr Heseltine is a voluntary Trustee of Skipton in Bloom but has
no personal financial interest.
