Purpose

The York and North Yorkshire Joint Devolution
Committee approved a number of North Yorkshire Council bids to the
Devolution Deal Net Zero Fund. The total bid amount is
£2,586,026. Funding is still subject to Dept Levelling Up,
Housing and Communities the programme-level business case and the
Mayoral Combined Authority being established.

Executive is asked to accept the final funding agreement.
