Decision

1. To appoint the following North Yorkshire
Councillors to the Combined Authority, as the Council’s
representatives:

Councillor Carl Les OBE, Leader of the Council
Councillor Gareth Dadd, Deputy Leader of the Council

for the period through to the next meeting of full Council on 21
February 2024. At that meeting, full Council will then re-consider
the appointments.

2. To appoint the following North Yorkshire Councillors as
substitute Members of the Combined Authority:

Councillor Annabel Wilkinson
Councillor Simon Myers

for the period through to the next meeting of full Council on 21
February 2024. At that meeting, full Council will then re-consider
the appointments.
