Stuart Parsons to award £1,000 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the purchase of training equipment for Richmond and
Dales Swimming Club.

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Parsons which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
