Decision

To accept the recommendation by Councillor Bob
Packham to award £3,654.40 of his Locality Budgets funding to
fund the stage, security, First Aid, toilets and advertising of the
Party in the Park event with Sherburn in Elmet Town Council.

Cllr Packham has worked as a volunteer on the last two parties and
intends to help out with the 2024 Party.
