Decision

To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Janet Jefferson to award £1,000 of her Locality Budgets
funding to fund the purchase of materials to clean the path and
tunnel under the railway line, Whitelaw Walk with Weaponess Valley
Community Group.

Cllr Jefferson is the Councillor for Castle Division which forms
part of the walkway from Valley Road to Westover Road /
Londesborough Road (Falsgrave/Stepney Division).

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Jefferson which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division she represents.
