Decision

Councillor Mike Jordan has been appointed to
the vacant North Yorkshire Independent seat on the Audit Committee
at the request of Councillor Stuart Parsons, Group Leader of North
Yorkshire Independent, by Barry Khan, Assistant Chief Executive
Legal and Democratic Services. At the meeting of Council on 15th
November 2023 Barry Khan was delegated authority to appoint to
vacant seats allocated to the North Yorkshire Independents on the
request of the Group Leader.
