Purpose

The purpose of this report it to seek approval
from the Corporate Director of Children and Young People’s
Services to reprocure North Yorkshire Council’s Clinical
Practitioner Service Offer. The current contract is due to expire
on 31st March 2025.

Decision

The re-procurement of North Yorkshire
Council’s Clinical Practitioner Service Offer –
Psychologically Informed Partnership Approach (PIPA) and approve a
contract length of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2
years, commencing from 1st April 2025.
