George Jabbour to award £5,000 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the upgrades to the public toilets on Borogate in
Helmsley with NYC - Waste and Street Scene Operations.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Jabbour which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
