To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Kevin Foster to award £300 of his Locality Budgets funding to
fund the venue and food for the Richmondshire District Scouts team
building day with Richmondshire District Scouts.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Foster which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
