Steve Watson to award £2,000 of his Locality Budgets funding
to fund the purchase of materials and labour to repaint the
underpass at the library in Northallerton with NYC
Highways.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Watson which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
