UK Limited after running a open tender process for a New Library
Management System.

The new contract is to commence 1 September 2024 for an initial
period of 3 years 7 months with the option to extend for a further
2 x 2 years.

The contract value is £276,374.00 (exc VAT).

Reasons for the decision

Following an open tender process Civica UK
Limited had the highest overall points following a price/ quality
evaluation.
