To accept the recommendation by Councillor Sam
Gibbs to award £3,000 of his Locality Budgets funding to fund
the repair and refurbishment of floodlights at Harrogate Pythons
RUFC.

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Gibbs which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents.
