To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Heather Moorhouse to award £500 of her Locality Budgets
funding to fund the purchase of refreshments and wreath for Captain
James Cook's birthday celebration event with Captain James Cook
Schoolroom Trust.

Cllr Moorhouse is a trustee of the CCMS and has a pecuniary
interest.
