To accept the recommendation by Councillor Sam
Gibbs to award £3,000 of his Locality Budgets funding to
carry out damp-proofing and renovation works of the hostel's
storage cellar with Harrogate Homeless Project.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Gibbs which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents.
