Decision

The Authority has awarded a contract to TES Global Ltd after a procurement exercise using G Cloud 13.

The new contract is to commence on the 1 May 2025 for a period of four years.

The contract value is £100,000.00 (ex VAT)

Reasons for the decision

The existing contract ends on the 30/04/2025 and such software is part of the offer provided by the FMS team to service client needs therefore a new contract was required.

Alternative options considered

If the service didn’t use this software, it would have to produce budgets manually which would not be an efficient use of Officer time.
