Decision

Following endorsement by the Scarborough and
Whitby ACC, £20,000 of funding will be allocated to the
‘Research into offshore economic opportunities at Scarborough
and Whitby Harbours’ scheme.

Reasons for the decision

Scheme met the criteria of the Economic
Development, Regeneration, Tourism and Transport Project
Development Fund made available for ACC’s to support locally
important schemes, and was subsequently endorsed by the Scarborough
and Whitby ACC on 7 June 2024.
