Decision to undertake a procurement exercise
for proposed improvements at Tadcaster Bus Station.

The proposed scheme will provide the following:
• Changing Places facility
• Improved disabled toilet
• Real-time bus information
• Refurbishment of bus shelter glazing
• Brand new notice boards

The procurement exercise is programmed to commence on 10.06.24
utilising the YORbuild framework. The scheme is programmed to start
on site in 15.10.2024 and is due to complete in 24.03.2025. Total
value of scheme £500,000.

Decision to undertake a procurement exercise
for proposed upgrading works and construction of an extension to
the existing building at Tadcaster Bus Station (currently disabled
toilets and Tadkebab takeaway).

The proposed scheme will provide the following:
• Changing Places toilet facility
• Improved disabled toilet
• Real-time bus information
• Refurbishment of bus shelter glazing
• New notice boards

The procurement exercise is programmed to commence on 12.06.2024
utilising the YORbuild framework. The scheme is programmed to start
on site in 15.10.2024 and is due to complete in March 2025.
