Colling to award £2,100 of her Locality Budgets funding to
fund the purchase of a VAS for Stepney Drive, Scarborough with NYC
Traffic Engineering.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Colling which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division she represents.
