To accept the recommendation by Councillor
David Chance to award £3,380 of his Locality Budgets funding
to fund the purchase of materials for Phase 2 of the refurbishment
of Newholm Village Hall with Newholm Village Hall Trustees.

Cllr Chance lives in the village but does not have any pecuniary
interest.
