To accept the recommendation by Councillor Andrew Williams to award £400 of his Locality Budgets funding to fund the 6 month hall hire for the Friendship & Exercise Club for Harrogate and District Community Action (HADCA).

The funding will support this specific project recommended by Councillor Williams which directly promotes the social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the Division he represents.
