To exercise the second 12 month contract
extension from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026.

Reasons for the decision

To provide continuity of advice relating to
the long-term waste treatment contract with Allerton Waste Recovery
Park. The quality of the advice provided by the Supplier is
consistently to a very high standard and they have responded to any
requests for advice within the timeframes required by the
Authority.
