Philip Broadbank to award £2,650 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the painting of walls and murals and cleaning
around Camwal Play area, Starbeck with Starbeck Camwal Playground
Group.

recommended by Councillor Broadbank which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
