Purpose

To approve the introduction of a revised set
of Highways and Infrastructure fees and charges schedule with
effect from 1 April 2025.

Decision

The increase in fees and charges already
approved by Full Council is noted and the introduction of a revised
set of fees and charges is approved, as set out in Appendix 1 of
the report, including for S50, S171 and S184 licences and Temporary
Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROS).
