Purpose

The Housing Service wish to procure two
contracts for: -
• Damp, Mould and Timber Surveys & Works
• Auditing of Damp, Mould and Timber Surveys & Works
for the housing stock requirements.
Both would be a 1-year contract.
Potential contract start date April/May 2025.

Decision

Approval of the commencement of a Procurement
exercise to secure contractors to provide Damp, Mould and Timber
Surveys, Works and Auditing Services to support repairs and
maintenance work within the Council’s Housing Stock.
