Purpose

The Housing Service wish to procure two
contracts covering work as below: -
• Electrical Callout Cover
• Installation of AICO Environmental Sensors
• Fixed Wire Testing to Communal areas
• Remedial works following Fixed Wire Testing
• Reactive Electrical repairs cover as needed
Both would be a 2-year contract with 1-year extension
possible.
Potential contract start date April/May 2025.

Decision

Approval of the commencement of a Procurement
exercise to secure contractors to provide Electrical Works to
support the repairs and maintenance work within the Council’s
Housing Stock.
