Purpose

The Housing Service wish to procure two
contracts covering Scaffolding and Access Equipment Hire.
Both would be a 2-year contract with 2 No. 1-year extension
possible.
Potential contract start date April/May 2025.

Decision

Approval of the commencement of a Procurement
exercise to secure contractors to provide Scaffolding and Access
Equipment Hire to support repairs and maintenance work within the
Council’s Housing Stock.
